Detailed Description:
Frequency refers to the number of sound pressure changes per second. Sound events with a high frequency are perceived by the human ear as high-pitched tones, while sound events with a low frequency are perceived as low-pitched tones. Noises such as background noise, road traffic, etc. usually contain a variety of frequencies. The unit of measurement for frequency is Hertz (Hz), 1 Hz = 1/s.
